Tax and Duty to Poland

Taxation: Imports into Poland are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 23%, calculated on the value of goods, shipping, and insurance.

The tax & duty threshold is €150.

  • Below €150: Subject to VAT only

  • Above €150: Subject to both VAT and applicable customs duties, depending on the HS code of the item
