THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR USE OF SHIPNEX.COM, INCLUDING 'MYNEX' AT SHIPNEX.COM ("MYNEX"). YOUR USE OF THIS SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT (COLLECTIVELY, "YOU" OR "YOUR"), TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  • Accessing location information and estimating duties and taxes.

  1. Sharing information with third parties for purposes unrelated to your shipments.
  2. Using automated tools (e.g., dial-in or scraping software) to extract data from Shipnex.com.
  3. Submitting ideas, concepts, or techniques for new services or products. Such submissions will be considered non-confidential, and NEX Worldwide Express may freely use, disclose, or develop them without compensation.

3. Registration and Account Security

  • Registration: To access MyNEX and other interactive features, users must register and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

13. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export and import regulations when using Shipnex.com. You shall not:

  • Export or import restricted Content.
  • Violate U.S. export laws or use Content for prohibited purposes (e.g., weapon development).

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in New York, NY, within one year of arising.
